MISSION

Foster the longterm success of an organization by aligning organizational structures, processes and people in the most effective way to the goals of the company.

FACTORS OF SUCCESS

Being curious to learn about the boundary conditions and "white space" areas of a project.
Building upon the strengths and personal experiences of all involved people while using imagination as a real source of energy.

GUIDING PRINCIPLES OF MY PROJECT WORK

Over the last 20 years I was heavily involved in planning and implementing a multitude of projects in the area of organizational effectiveness. By now, a couple of success factors have cristallized for me:
  • Even before a project is set-up, it is necessary to define on which level the project is supposed to run - is it about changing processes, responsibilities, organizational structures, culture or ... and ...
The start of a project should build a common understanding amongst the key persons about project aim, objectives, deliverables and metrics.
  • Roles and reponsibilities of the key persons are to be defined and communicated transparently. Representatives of all stake holders should invest ample time build-up a solid project basis.
Trust is a criticial factor in any consulting project - trust needs to be earned and fostered. Plus, a must-have of any successful project is the well defined, lively and cross-functional communication.
